To upgrade the v1 boards, use JCP -u -- there is textual feedback, if it doesn't work, I need to see that. :)
jcp -u on the rev 2 boards should report "This upgrader can not upgrade this version" between the serial numbers. :)
The new version for rev 1 boards from JCP -u is 01.02.03.

C:\WORK\jaguar\skunk\sources\boot>jcp -s
jcp v02.02.03 built on Apr 7 2009

Boot version 01.02.03, Serial beef

-------

To upgrade the v2 boards, use JCP SBV2RC2.COF
There is no feedback - the screen should go purple.
Issue a JCP -r to reset, then JCP -s to get the serial number.

The new version for rev 2 boards is 02.00.02

New features (on both boards!)

Hold down C while booting in the Jag CD to let the JagCD BIOS continue (ie: no Skunkboard).

Autostart: if $BFFFF0 contains "LION", then $BFFFF4 contains a jump vector. It is expected, though not enforced, that this will live in the top 2MB of the flash (so bank 2 on Rev 2 boards). This is a JSR so the code can RTS to get back to the Skunkboard. I tested it against Pepe (which didn't really like running from ROM so much, but it worked well enough to see it. ;) )

Have updated the libUSB drivers - 64-bit is now supported with signed drivers - if you have already tried you may need to use device manager to update the drivers to these ones. No more hacks are needed.
